Brandon Keeley (Vocals/Guitar/Writer)
Not just another sensitive singer/songwriter. Out of issaquah, washington, brandon has won over fans again and again at his spirited live acoustic performances. His vocals smooth out the rhythmic tone of his acoustic guitar put these two factors together and you have one thing, brilliant melodies. Nephew of bo donaldson of 70’s teen band bo donaldson and the heywoods (#1 hit, "billy don’t be a hero"), brandon has been destined to follow his musical aspirations since he was a child. After starting to play the guitar at the age of 10, brandon learned everything he could get his hands on. He couldn’t get enough of the guitar, electric or acoustic. He found himself wanting to write songs, just like those he had heard and mimicked time and time again. After high school (and much experimentation in songwriting) brandon started playing any coffeehouse he could, leaving a trail for his new fans to follow. Throughout his coffeehouse years, brandon released 3 independent acoustic albums that were sold at his performances. These albums also gained an internet following, with over 37,000 plays on brandon’s mp3.com site. In the spring of 2002 brandon graduated from college. In the aftermath of graduation, brandon knew more clearly than ever that writing & performing would be the rest of his life.

Devin Pugh (Drums)
At age 12, devin began playing the drums. The son of john pugh (cornet player in the legendary don lamphere quintet), devin was raised in the seattle jazz scene. During his high school years devin made a name for himself in that same jazz scene he grew up in. He played in every major jazz club the northwest had to offer before he was a senior in high school. Along with his reputation as a fine jazz drummer, he won many accolades. Such accolades included, selected 3 times, a king co jazz all star. After graduation, devin’s love for the drums took him to greece and guatemala where he played gospel with his band from the occ. After coming back, he joined the bcc jazz band, which was known as the best jazz band in the northwest. Throughout all of devin’s many accomplishments, one thing still rings true - a simple love and passion for music.

Devin Gaylord (Bass/BG Vocals)
At the age of ten, devin wanted to play an instrument. He wanted to play something deep; something that would invoke fear in people. An instrument so big it would annoy the hell out of his parents. After much consideration he decided to play the double bass. To a ten year old the double bass looks more like some type of enormous, gothic sculpture, than an instrument. He began to study privately learning the rules of classical music and the avant-garde tones of jazz. His studies led him to the bass guitar and the soulful world of rock & roll. Having performed all over the states and abroad, he has dedicated his life to music. "Boulevard is a faction of that focused dedication. They are a machine that processes my pain, anger, and animal instincts into an art like no other. After all, to create any good art is nothing but to suffer." - Devin G.
